No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Oh Boy do I have an awesome recipe to share with you!  This is one of those super easy ones that whips up in no time flat and will have people begging for the recipe. It literally melts in your mouth.
  "And if that ain't true, then grits ain't groceries!"

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
(makes 2- 9" pies)

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup milk
    1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
    2 (9 inch) oreo cookie crusts (graham cracker crusts are awesome too)
    Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
    Spoon into two 9"  pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm. For the best results freeze overnight.

If you want, top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed  oreo's  on top.

This also works well using low-fat cream cheese and "lite" whipped topping.

Take this to your Christmas Party and watch it disappear!
      ~~~~~~~  Hey ... I'm Just Sayin' ...  ~~~~~~
  1. Sounds really yummy. I've printed out the recipe and hope to try it soon. Thank you!
  2. Yeoldfurt is gonna want one of these ...
    I'm making homemade Reece's PB candy too. It's a new experiment for me, so it will have to be taste-tested. Wonder if Yeoldfurt will oblige? Yeah, probably...
    I'll post pictures and the recipe if he likes it.
    : )
  3. I don't care for PB Pie, but my step-dad loves it. Sounds like great pie to bring with to their house for Christmas, thanks!
  4. Oh my yumminess!!
    Thanks for the recipe, Sci, gotta try this one.
    Love Ya!
  5. Now THAT is my kind of recipe! Anything that involves PB has just got to be good!
    Thanks so much for sharing this with us (even though I certainly don't need it!).
    Have a great day!
  6. thanks for sharing SciFi...but i simply would not be able to make something like this to take to a Christmas party or the like. jambaloney would eat the entire thing as soon as it was prepared. so i will make it just for him!
