SciFI Chick, S1019 died in committee and HB300 w/Senate amendments did not pass House Conference Committee so it hasn't passed either. Means it isn't going anywhere just yet. This kind of crap is just going to reappear until they can squeeze it through hidden in some obscure bill like they did with the Real ID Act. That one died several deaths until they surrepticiously snuck it into the Tsunami relief bill during a Christmas break. Few who voted it in knew the Real ID Act had been inserted. Its a good thing to be vigilant about these traitorous acts.
