ReplyDeleteAre those reuseable? I use standard Ball lids and rings, I've not seen these before...
ReplyDeleteTattler are 100% BPA free and reusable. I have been using them for years, and have a store of 500 of each size, standard and wide mouth (with rubber rings). These things are THE BEST! You use the standard ball rings, and these are washable, reusable, and exceptionally well made. I use them in pressure canning applications as well as water bath canning with equal top notch results.

ReplyDeleteI got the last set, I think. I ordered and it wouldn't let me change the number of sets. So I ordered anyway, thinking I'd just sign out and go back in to order...nope, sold out. Its odd, too - I tried to order this morning at around 9am - this sale wasn't up yet. This markdown lasted less than 3 hours.

ReplyDeleteWe ought to start an informal bloggers co-op ...lots of us could use some of these deals, but money is tight for most of us. If we could set up a centralized wishlist ...when deals like these come along, a few of us could go in together on smaller quantities. Might be a little complicated logistically at first but that could be worked out. Your thoughts?

The after sale sale wasn't any better. They told me if I wanted more than the one set I ordered, I had to CANCEL my order, and reorder - and hope that they'd not sold out before I clicked SEND. I decided not to risk it. Kept the first order of one set. I told them that wasn't right to advertise you could get 5 sets...and then not have a way to add on to your original order.
