That just sickens me to see cops acting like that. I hear of so many people who have died because of uncalled for tasing in both Canada and the U.S. I don't know what gives them the right or why something can't be done about it, especially when it is caught on video like this. Tasers could be a valuable tool to the law, but I really belive that alot of them are abusing it.
